Order Cancellation Timeframe

Customers may request to cancel their order within one (1) hour of placing it.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within this one-hour window to be eligible for approval.

After One Hour

After one hour has passed from the time the order was placed, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Once an order enters our system, it is automatically sent for processing and fulfillment. At that stage, we are unable to stop, modify, or cancel the order.

This includes:

  • Removing or adding items

  • Canceling the order entirely

Only shipping details can be changed later.

  • Your full name and email

  • Order number

  • The subject line: "Order Cancellation Request" + reason for the cancellation request

We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. However, if the one-hour timeframe has passed, the order will proceed to fulfillment.

Important Notes

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
